Here’s what’s happening at Exodus:There is an ongoing need for subs for Exodus Kids. If you can be available periodically to help cover when another teacher or helper needs to be away, contact Heather Phillips.

The Exodus family meets for First Monday prayer time on October 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Iris Room. Come join us in praying for the needs of Exodus and our church family.

If you’ve been coming to Exodus for a while, and wonder what it might be like to be a member here, join us for Next Steps on Sunday, October 7 at 5:00 at the Iris Room. We’ll share more information about the church and answer your questions. Let us know here if you plan to come—so that we can prepare with materials and child care as needed.

The Northlake Interest Group meets on Sunday evenings to pray and plan for planting Exodus Northlake in 2013. If you’re interested in learning more about this and possibly being a part of this team, contact David Keen for more details.

Group registrations for the Advance13 conference are due on October 1. Check here for more info and how to register.

A new men’s Bible study on the book of Luke will begin on Thursday, October 4th, meeting weekly at 6:15-7:15 AM (yes, that’s in the morning!) at the Panera Bread on East Franklin (between Cox and New Hope Roads).  For more info, contact Aaron Wilson by email or phone, 803-348-3604.

There will be a meeting to discuss a missions trip to Africa in 2013 on Sunday, October 14 after the second service. If you’re interested in exploring that possibility, join us for the meeting. You can also contact Kyle Hoover for more information.

New women’s Bible study is starting soon, based on the Precepts study of the Sermon on the Mount. Contact Debbie Miller if you’re interested.

Community Groups are an important part of how we live on mission at Exodus. If you’re not already plugged in to a community group, check out the options here, and then follow the links to contact group leaders to learn more.

There are many ways to serve at Exodus! If you haven’t already found the place that fits you best, contact one of the elders to discuss, or email us here. We’ll be more than happy to help you find your spot!
