We are happy to announce that Exodus Church has chosen a new international mission partner. Casa de Gracia was planted in 2016 in the city of Palin, Guatemala, which is about an hour southwest of Guatemala City. The planting pastor, Walter Joloń, held a full-time job while also undertaking the difficult work of planting and leading a church. One of our elders, Ben Hoersch, traveled to Palin to meet Walter and his family and see firsthand the work God is doing through Casa de Gracia.
Thanks to the support of Exodus Church, as well as a few other churches, Walter was able to quit his job at the beginning of 2018 and work at Casa de Gracia full-time. We are excited to see what God has planned for this much-needed ministry as we continue to support them with our financial and other resources moving forward.
We hope that you will faithfully pray for the people of Casa de Gracia. Pray for Walter and his family as well as the church, that they would be a light to the city of Palin.
