Here’s what’s happening at Exodus:

The school supplies drive to benefit students at North Belmont Elementary School continues throughout the month of August. There are bins available to put your supplies donations in at the welcome area at the Iris Room.

A new rotation of workers in Exodus Kids will begin in September. Workers are needed in all age groups. If you can help, contact Heather Phillips.

The 22nd Annual Walk for Life to benefit the Crisis Pregnancy Center is coming up on Sept. 7, 2012. Sign up sheets are available at the info table during Sunday worship gatherings. Contact Darlene Mitchell for more information if you’d like to walk, or support others who do.

The next Money seminar series will start on Sept. 7-8, Friday evening and Saturday morning. Ben Hoersch will lead these important sessions about learning how to steward the resources that God has entrusted to you. Other dates for the fall are Oct. 19-20 and Nov. 2-3. When considering this, plan for attending all three sessions, and if married, to come together as a couple. Contact Ben Hoersch for more information or to register your interest in attending.

The Northlake Interest Group will begin meeting soon to pray and plan for planting Exodus Northlake in 2013. If you’re interested in learning more about this and possibly being a part of this team, contact David Keen for more details.

We are planning for baptism on Sunday morning, Sept. 9. If you’d like to be baptized, contact David Keen.

The next Men’s Breakfast is coming up on Sept. 15, 8:00 a.m. at the Village Restaurant in McAdenville. Make plans now to attend.
