This week, Vintage Church in Raleigh will be hosting an Acts 29 Bootcamp These events accomplish a lot of different things for pastors and planters alike, but the primary goal for this event is to create an environment where men can gain some of the tools needed to get and remain healthy for the marathon of ministry. No one wants to be a flash in the pan of God’s Story. We want to be men who endure. If we are to endure in the race marked out for us, we must be healthy men.
Exodus will be playing a significant part in this bootcamp and we wanted to ask you to pray for the following.
- Dana LeFevers has been running point on the mountain of details leading up to the event. She’s got a lot on her plate this week. Please pray for her.
- Nathan Chapman and the worship team will be leading music during the event. Pray for the hearts of pastors to be refreshed during this time.
- I will be speaking at one of the sessions. Please pray for the power of the Holy Spirit in my words and in the hearts of those who hear.
Above all things, pray that the name of Jesus would be honored and extended because of this event. The opportunity for lives to be transformed for the name of Jesus is tremendous.
