Exodus Happenings, December 24, 2012
Merry Christmas!
There is still time to make your special offering for international missions through the end of December. We hope to raise $3,000 to dig a well for the base camp for Echelon, working to reach tribes in Uganda and South Sudan. Designate “international missions” as you place your gift in the offering box.
There will be no Exodus Kids for K-5 on December 30. Plan to enjoy worship together as a family. The other age groups for EK will meet as usual.
There will be an informational meeting for the Bronx Mission Trip (July 2013) on Sunday, Jan. 6 immediately after the second service in the K-5 area. If you think you can join this trip, or just want more information to decide, join David and Leah Ammons for this important meeting.
The first of four Theological Training sessions will be held on January 10 at 6:30 at the Iris Room. The topic for this session will be prayer.
Join us for the Scavenger Hunt on Friday, January 18 at 6:30 at the Iris Room. All ages can take part, so bring family, friends, and neighbors. Food, fellowship and prizes back at the Iris Room after the “hunt.”
