The Exodus Women’s Retreat is coming up April 19-20 at Look Up Lodge near Traveler’s Rest, SC. The cost is $60.00 per person. The Retreat starts Friday, 2:00 p.m. and continues to Saturday, 4:30 p.m.
Summary of Teaching
Do you feel tired? Does it seem hard to find rest these days? God knows the world can make us weary and He has called us into His rest through the gospel of Jesus. So join us as we look to His word to better understand what it means to find rest and be refreshed. There will be four gathered times for teaching and worship, four small group times, as well as time to relax and deepen friendships! Women of all ages and walks of life welcome!
Speaker Alex Kneen
Alex Kneen is married to David and works crazy hours at home raising their two boys, Rowan and Bastion. God captured her heart and mind through His Word during college. She has led and written several Bible studies since then, and has written devotionals for Exodus Church as well as a local women’s group. She also enjoys capturing the beauty of God’s Word in poetry and song.

SATURDAY, April 20th
- 8:00 –8:45 am – Breakfast
- 9:00 – 10:30 am – Session II
- 10:30 -11:00 am – Quiet Time
- 11::00 am – 12pm – Small Group
- 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm – Lunch
- 12:45 – 2:00 pm – Free Time (see activities)
- 2:00 – 3:30 pm – Closing Session IV
- 3:30 – 4:00pm – Pack up
- 4:30 pm – On the Road
Registration is now available, but closes April 5, so if you want to join us, be sure to register no later than this date. Final payments also need to be made by this date.
Travel:
We have a group leaving from the Hine’s House at 12pm. Tracey Hines will be heading up carpool and will have the names of the people who have volunteered to drive. If you are riding, please bring $10.00 to give to your driver. This will pay for both ways.
If you want to leave at 4pm, Grace McKinnon is willing to drive. Contact Dana if you want to leave at that time.
What to bring:
Twin sheets or sleeping bag
Toiletries and towels
One-piece bathing suits (optional)
Spending money and gas money
Bible, pen and notebook
Heath release forms and insurance cards are mandatory; contact Dana LeFevers if you don’t already have this information.
