by | Feb 3, 2014 | Blog, Community, Events, Mission

Here’s what’s happening at Exodus…

Gospel Romance Conference, Feb. 7-8

Gospel Romance is coming up this weekend, Friday night and Saturday morning, Feb. 7-8. Cost is $5.00 per person, with an extra $5.00 if you need child care. Register here so you don’t miss out on this great opportunity.

Immediate need for security help

Our security team—ensuring our safety between the Iris Room and the 101 space—is in immediate need of volunteers who would be willing to be on a security team that works for one month out of every three months. If you can help in this way, contact Darren Bolick.

Exodus Kids—New rotation starting in March

We are currently recruiting Exodus Kids workers for the upcoming rotation which runs March-August. We have nearly 100 kids that attend Exodus Kids each week and it takes about 40 workers to care for and teach them. If you are able to help during this period, please contact Heather Phillips, or stop by the Iris Room on a Sunday morning.

Need for closers, audio/video team, and set-up

There are also needs in each of these area; more details are outlined here.  Training is available as needed. Please contact Nathan Chapman if you can help in one of these ways.

Exodus Kids Teacher Luncheon

If you work in any capacity with Exodus Kids, either existing or upcoming, join us on Feb.16 for the Exodus Kids teacher luncheon. We will begin shortly at about 12:30, as soon as possible after the 11:00 service ends. Please RSVP so we know how to plan for food.
