Here’s what’s happening at Exodus…
Next Steps

If you have been attending Exodus for a while and are interested in the possibility of becoming a member, or if you simply have questions about the church and would like to learn more, join us for Next Steps on Sunday, August 9 from 5-7 p.m. Respond here if you plan to attend, and include information about your need for child care, if any.

Preschool Park Days

The next preschool Park Day will be August 10 starting at 11:00 in Davis Park. Bring a lunch and a friend!

School Supplies Drive

ExodusStudents will be organizing a school supply drive for North Belmont Elementary School this year. We will be collecting items on August 9 and 16. Look for a list of needed items available in the entry to the worship space.

Back to School Pool Party

Friday, August 14, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Cramerton Pool.  Bring a “nut-free” dish to share. No glass; drinks and paper products will be provided.

Exodus Kids Workers Needed

Volunteers are needed to serve in Exodus Kids for the new rotation which begins in September. Help is needed at both services, and with all ages. If you can assist in this way, look for Heather Phillips at the Iris Room some Sunday morning, or message her here on The City.

As Two Become One

Scott and Lenora Crabtree will be hosting a marriage group in their home (5412 Old Farm Road, Gastonia) starting on September 11. There is more information here about dates, topics and leaders. Registration is also available now. If you have questions not covered at the link above, contact Scott Crabtree here on The City or by email here.

Community Groups

Summer is a great time to get involved in a community group. If you’re not currently connected this way, pick up a community group schedule at the Welcome area on a Sunday morning, or check here for a list of options. There is sure to be an option near you at a time you can join.
