Exodus Happenings, July 23, 2014

by | Jul 23, 2014 | Blog, Community, Events, News, Worship

Here’s what’s happening at Exodus…

Our speaker this Sunday…

On Sunday, July 27, it will be our privilege to have Nathan Chapman share the Word with us during our morning worship gathering. Nathan, of course, needs no introduction, but we do want to express to him how grateful we are for his leadership–throughout the year, but especially during these weeks while Brian has been gone.

Nathan, we appreciate you, we love you in Christ, and we look forward to hearing from you on Sunday.

Preschool Park Days

Join us Fridays, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. July 25, Stowe Park, Belmont. August 1, Goat Island, Cramerton.  Bring a lunch and a friend.

ExodusStudents Field Day, August 2

ExodusStudents will kick off their fall season with a Field Day on Saturday, August 2 from 1 to 4 pm at the Crabtree’s house at 5412 Old Farm Drive in Gastonia. It is for all rising 6th through 12th grade students. Parents are welcome to hang out and watch the festivities. Light refreshments will be served. If you have questions or want to RSVP, contact Damon and Holly Murray.

Next Steps, September 21

If you’ve been attending Exodus for a while, and are interested in possibly pursuing membership, but want to know more, join us for Next Steps on Sunday, September 21 at 5:00 p.m. We will provide more information about the church, as well as answer any questions you might have. If you’d like to come, RSVP here so that we can plan accordingly, and include your need for child care, which will be provided as needed.

Community Groups

If you aren’t already involved in a community group, review the list of days and times and make plans to attend one. Community Groups are important to life at Exodus, providing help and encouragement as well as worship throughout the week as we gather together.
