Here’s what’s happening at Exodus…

Exodus Kids Need—Service Captains

There is still a need for Service Captains for Exodus Kids. These people will be important in ensuring that Exodus Kids runs smoothly and safely by carrying overall responsibility for coordinating the needs of Exodus Kids for one of the Sunday morning services. This would include (but is not limited to) ensuring that all positions are filled each Sunday, all supplies and materials are in place, coordinating with various personnel for Exodus Kids needs, and so on. To learn more about these positions, or to express interest in helping in this way, please contact Heather Phillips.

No 3rd-5th Classes on December 28

There will be no EK classes for 3rd-5th graders on Sunday, December 28. During this time, enjoy attending worship together as a family. All other classes will meet as usual.

International Missions Offering

Throughout the month of December, we will be receiving offerings for international missions. Please consider what you can to do help provide for the needs of our international ministry partners.

Christmas Eve

The Exodus family will celebrate Jesus’ birth together with two gathered worship services on Christmas Eve, 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. Make plans now for your family to attend. In order for the whole family to worship together, there will be no childcare during these services.

Year-End Giving

We are more than grateful to serve Jesus at a church that is generous with the money God provides. He has been so good to us. Thank you for your faithfulness in giving throughout the year.

As you think about what you can give at the end of the year, please consider Exodus in your plans. Gifts must be received (or postmarked, if by mail) no later than Dec. 31 to be included in 2014 giving records.

2015 Budget

Information has been posted on The City regarding 2015 budget. Please review it carefully, and ask whatever questions you might have. There will also be a members’ meeting on December 21 at 3:00 p.m. at the 101 space for you to ask questions about the upcoming budget. Information about member voting on the budget will be posted on The City after that meeting.

Looking Ahead…Authentic Manhood

New sessions start in January. Men at Exodus Belmont will study Volume 2, and Exodus Northlake will be in Volume 1.

Community Groups

If you’re not already connected in a Community Group, we encourage you to visit one or more to see for yourself how important they are to Exodus Church. You can see a list of options here, or look for a list at the Welcome Desk on a Sunday morning.
